Please note that because we consider Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS) & Fibromyalgia to all be part of the same type of condition, and find that they all respond equally well to the Lightning Process training we use the term ME to refer to all those illnesses.
Some of our ex-ME sufferers have kindly agreed to make their personal recovery stories available for you to read or to watch videos of them as they go through the Lightning Process. Please bear in mind that these are their experiences in their own words, and although it may fly in the face of everything you've been led to believe about ME, these stories of dramatic lasting change are all true.
Many people with ME/CFS will have noticed that their illness is not precisely the same as anyone else's. So we recommend that you use the recovery stories not to find an identical case to yours (as there won't be one) but to get a sense of the broad range of cases that have successfully recovered using the process. You don't have to be as ill, less ill or more ill than the people in the recovery stories to get the same results.

Helen's (aged 50+) life and health had been seriously affected for over 20 years when she developed ME/CFS after being struck down by glandular fever. She was unable to be in close proximity to other people for prolonged periods or to be around electronic equipment due to electromagnetic (EM) radiation. Barley able to go outside her house for more than a few minutes at a time; she’d recently had to relocate to a bungalow as she was finding it increasing difficult to manage stairs.
