The venue is situated in the beautiful rural setting of the North Manchester/Lancashire countryside. It is a peaceful venue with spectacular views, but at the same time it is easily accessible being located just off junction 1 of the M66 motorway. For directions see below.
It is often worth travelling/staying away from home for the Lightning Process
Although it can be challenging for anyone with ME/CFS to travel a distance to take part in the training, the benefits of being away from home can often outweigh the effort of the journey. By avoiding the usual places and things that remind you of 'normal life', you can really immerse yourself in the training and will have the opportunity to reflect and apply the your knowledge away from all the normal distractions of home life, ensuring that you gain maximum benefits. Directions:
From Walmersley Road (A56) turn onto Walmersley Old Road, after half a mile you will come to the Masons Arms Pub on your left, the Masons Arms is on a corner and on this corner there is a right turn onto Bentley Lane. Number 2 is the first house on Bentley Lane.
Parking:
There is ample free parking. You can park for free on Bentley Lane or in the Masons Arms car park.
